Digital Download Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital downloads from Riverstone Store, operated by Riverstone Home Design, 765 River Road, Chartwell, Hamilton, New Zealand 3210. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at info@rsdesign.nz.

2. Personal Use Only

All digital files purchased from Riverstone Store are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you may:

• Print the file for your own personal use.
• Use the printed output for personal, home, or gift purposes.

You may not:

• Sell, resell, or commercially distribute printed copies of the file.
• Sell, share, redistribute, or sublicense the digital file itself in any form.
• Use the file or its printed output for commercial production or manufacturing.
• Upload the file to any third-party platform, marketplace, or file-sharing service.
• Modify the file and represent it as your own original work.

3. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Download Links

After completing your purchase you will receive a secure download link by email. Download links are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• For your personal use only — please do not share the link with others.
• Limited to a reasonable number of downloads for personal backup purposes.

If your link has expired, please contact us at info@rsdesign.nz with your order details and we will issue a replacement link at our discretion.

5. File Format & Compatibility

Digital files are provided in the format stated on the product listing (e.g. STL, OBJ, PDF). It is your responsibility to ensure you have compatible software or hardware to use the file. Riverstone Store does not provide technical support for third-party software, slicers, or printers.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of Riverstone Home Design. Purchase of a digital file does not transfer ownership, copyright, or any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorised commercial use may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

7. Liability

Riverstone Store provides digital files as-is. We make no warranties regarding suitability for a particular purpose, print quality achieved on your equipment, or fitness of the printed output. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the digital file in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our digital products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
